Evals Rules

• To vote, the resulting position of the promotion/demotion must be displayed on the last row of the voting table.
• If you think a given candidate's current position is adequate, either leave their current role in the Promotion/Demotion to row or don't mention them.
• Abstaining continues to be an option, and is in fact mandatory when voting on your own position.
• As always, reasoning behind your vote would be appreciated. Remember that a convincing, well-structured message can sway the vote.
• If you do not vote for two months in a row, you will be automatically demoted at the end of the vote for inactivity, so be careful!
• Some role rules to consider when voting are:
  • A junior staff has to be either promoted or demoted at the end of their second full month as jstaff.
  • The wiki can only have a maximum of six admins at a time
