Both users have proven their mettle over the past month, with finley being very excellent in chat moderation and twig assisting greatly in rewrite logging.

Viv has not been the most active staffer, but they're like the only person who kept tech team alive for the past few months when rose went on hiatus. Plus, their trial period is up anyway, if they dont get promoted to mod this month, they'll be removed from the staff team and we desperately need tech people rn.

With their future schedule in mind, I personally think that ghost should probably be demoted out for now. They can always reapply later when their life gets less hectic.

We need a functioning tech team. Give Viv mod.

Finley and Twig can get mod too, haven't seen any reason not to.

ghostchibi is always good to have around, but I think their busyness has increased to the point where they aren't active enough to justify keeping them around.

Nathaniel has sent less than a dozen messages in the staff server over the last 2 months. They're clearly very busy, and I believe it'd be best if they stepped back from the position until they've cleared their plate.

Estrogen. Pretty active and gets things done. I'll be up for them getting the blood sacrifice
Twig (@twig look someone's talking about you!!) is also pretty active and gets things done. I'm not a good explainer for this stuff but yeah they're both good picks for mods

Jstaff or Full

I can't remember the last time Ghost was active in something. I dunno if they're more active in like disc stuff but overall I feel like they need their own time

Down below are a list of some of the guidelines for how evaluations will function; please take note of them if you wish to participate in this discussion:

- To vote, the resulting position of the promotion/demotion must be displayed on the last row of the voting table.
- If you think a given candidate's current position is adequate, then leave their current role in the Promotion/Demotion to row.
- Abstaining continues to be an option.
- As always, reasoning behind your vote would be appreciated.
- Remember that a convincing, well-structured message can sway the vote.
