Preferred Disciplinary Action: Permanent ban

Reasoning: I mean… duh.

Additional Notes: Feels like a no-brainer.

Preferred Disciplinary Action: Permaban

Reasoning: For obvious reasons.

Additional Notes: I don't care how much of a """joke""" these messages apparently are to the both of them, they're still super shitty and overboard.

Preferred Disciplinary Action: Undecided

Reasoning: Don't feel like we can determine severity yet

Additional Notes: If Dark had actually meant all of that completely/been 100% serious, I'd vote for a permaban with no appeal because that's disturbingly severe harassment, but both Dark and Mickey have expressed that the statements made aren't taken seriously (starting from https://discord.com/channels/719285093494947871/932898495692701696/1106772286754799678). While I think Dark's made their feelings clear, I feel that we should contact Mickey for clarification in how he's actually received 'em.

Regardless of them being serious or not Dark is like actively and unabashedly using ableist slurs like. That’s a perma in and of itself that’s not really debatable lol

Just the slur use? If the casual slur use alone is undebatably a perma, we're gonna need to permaban
- Knaff
- Vizlox
- Almarduk
- Twhalliii
- probably more
and potentially Jejassa, Mickey, and even more depending on how harsh "actively and unabashedly" is. The context in which Dark used it, and, more importantly, harassed Mickey, is what I think the disc should focus on.

If they're actively using literal ableist slurs then yes they should be permabanned. That is, as mentioned above, a No Brainer.

i think what nate said about "no direct harassment or serious usage" is fair enough?

If people are Using Slurs That They Are Not Allowed To Use They Should Not Be In Our Server Period

(to clarify: this means perma'ing Mickey and Jejassa at the very least if it's absolute)

Cool. Sounds good to me if they are Using Slurs That They Are Not Supposed To Use

Yeah. Dark's statements, I think, genuinely call into question the degree to which this is harassment and a previous conversation on LA I should probably get calls into question whether or not the slur usage is serious (by Dark specifically). I just wanna talk to Mickey about this to see how it was received, because if Mickey genuinely felt like he was being harassed, I hold no qualms about permabanning Dark, maybe even not allowing an appeal if it's extreme enough.

Preferred Disciplinary Action: Ban (preferably permanent)

Reasoning: Slur usage, activity offsite. Not the type of person we’d probably want around the community.

Additional Notes: N/A

Preferred Disciplinary Action: Ban (permanent)

Reasoning: even if mickey and dark are both in on it i think that's a thing for a future ban appeal to handle

Preferred Disciplinary Action: Permanent ban

Reasoning: Not only is this behavior way too far to be an actual joke, but the slur usage supercedes our current policy of "no direct harassment nor serious usage" so i think we're more than justified to give a Perma, especially with the multiple death threats. I get the whole "mickey sucks" thing is a running gag on LA, but this is just. way too much.
