Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Ban (1 year).
Reasoning:	With the combination of Mickey's alcohol consumption and irresponsibility along with his repeated malicious action towards rewrites, I believe he needs some long time away from the community.
Additional Notes:	No.

i'll vote later, but i'll chime in now on this one

i don't think we should go far as to use the term "alcoholism."

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Ban, 6 months
Reasoning:	Drinking and being in chat is a bad idea, but Mickey was clearly drunk and he should not have been in chat. I've been in chat while drinking before, but I also don't drink enough to get drunk nor do I spend a lot of time in chat while drunk. As for the rewrite abuse, Mickey seemingly didn't learn to avoid questionable behavior for rewrites after the whole Level Keys fiasco (which he strongly insisted wasn't on purpose). Why, after being banned for accusations of willful obscuring of page ownership to get rewrite perms, would he then go on to put a page (admittedly of poor quality) in the spotlight by saying that it was a bad page while knowing that his friends were planning to rewrite the page?
Additional Notes:	I don't think Mickey has displayed good judgement here, and I'm willing to believe that he didn't do this on purpose. That still doesn't leave me with enough confidence to believe that Mickey wouldn't do something like this again.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Six month-long ban, followed by a complete revocation of his GLE (Appeal is available only for the former until further notice).
Reasoning:	Combined with his previous disc-worthy actions, his recent behaviour is a strong sign of Mctoran's inability to learn from his past mistakes. I'm of the opinion that this behaviour has continued for long enough, and as such, we should crack down on and minimise any chance of it reoccurring. Now's not the time to be hyperempathetic.
Additional Notes:	I find r a t i f's suggested ban time to be a good alternative to what I am proposing.

Just one step / till the next step.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	6m ban
Reasoning:	Escalation from previous disciplinary.
Additional Notes:	1 year is too much.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Ban (6 months)
Reasoning:	Mickey has a history of acting shady when it comes to rewrites (Level Keys). Excessively posting a page while a friend is attempting to get rewrite perms is highly suspicious, and even if it wasn't on purpose, is still not behavior I want to see on the wiki or in the Discord. It's incredibly shady, and since he was a Staff Helper at the time, I would have hoped he could understand why that behavior is unacceptable. As for the drinking and posting, it's not something I think we should disc for, but I hope he understands that his behavior is an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, and he should be aware of when and why he drinks.
Additional Notes:	1 year is excessive for the main reason we're voting.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Abstain
Reasoning:	As longtime colleague and friend of mine, now turned 'boss' as I've become more influential in the pantheon, I don't want my personal experiences with Mickey, positive or negative, to influence the vote. I do believe he screwed up, and I do believe he should be reprimanded, but I don't want to make that any more or less harsh than it should be.
Additional Notes:	see above

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Ban (1 month), revocation of rewrite privileges for one year regarding content that doesn't explicitly belong to Mickey
Reasoning:	Mickey certainly errored, but I see a year or even six months being way too long a punishment. After the discussion with him, I really think he is remorseful for his actions. Instead of kicking him out, lets just take the main issue away from him, the ability to rewrite other people's work. If he can show us that it won't be an issue, he can get that privilege back.
Additional Notes:	No.
