After quite a bit of staff discussion, including discussion with Niku themself, I believe it's time for us to come to a conclusion on their case.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FOLLOWING LINK BEFORE VOTING (unless you're abstaining):

Demotion:	Yes
Reasoning:	Not only recent happening but also those that have happened over the course of the past year have revealed that Niku still isn't quite mature enough to handle a staff position. The work they've put in thus far as a helper has been phenomenal, but their behaviour as a supposed role model member of the community is lacking. Not only is their maturity not quite there, but I simply think that they're a little too emotional to be cut out for staff to begin with. Taking into account their recent staff application as well as their appeal, it also doesn't appear that they're very self-aware. They could use some time to reflect on if they're ready to take on the responsibility of being staff or not, as just being a helper has admittedly caused a great deal of stress for Niku.
Additional Notes:	Nada.

Demotion:	Yes
Reasoning:	As shown from their behavior in TS and their words in the appeal, its clear that recently Niku has been becoming more and more affected by the server(s). I don't think its a good idea for them to remain on staff right now, considering how its harming their mental health first and foremost.
Additional Notes:	None.
