Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Permanent Ban (Appealable)
Reasoning:	Val has shown their intentions clear as day and has been very hands-on with the site's affairs even during a month-long ban. Rule 0 violations are everywhere in a myriad of Val's interactions, and their attitude towards rewrites and oage perms in general is simply unhealthy. There's just too much to unpack with certain circumstances here; with everything in mind, a perma is what's best Imo.
Additional Notes:	No.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Permanent Ban (Appealable only after a year)
Reasoning:	Continued immaturity, inability to self-regulate, escalation from previous ban, as well as everything r a t i f has said.
Additional Notes:	None.

Just one step / till the next step.

Gonna note that I agree with the only appealable after a year part. Their actions are clear as day.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Perma (with appeal after 1 year)
Reasoning:	Manipulative behavior attempting to gain page permissions. Guilttripping using extremely personal and sensitive information. Escalation of disc because of behavior.
Additional Notes:	Val has also expressed that they're done with the site for good. I wish them the best. But if they want to come back, they'll have to go through staff to show how they've changed and gotten better.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Ban (permanent with appeal)
Reasoning:	Everyone else has hit the nail on the head here. Manipulation, sensitive info, escalation, the works.
Additional Notes:	none.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Permaban
Reasoning:	Asking for page ownership as a way for Nate to show his remorse parses to me as opportunistic poaching. With Val’s proximity to Mickey’s attempt at poaching the same page, I’m mostly certain that Val did it on purpose. Val has already been disc’d for misbehavior and I think it’s clear that no lesson was learned from it.
Additional Notes:	Appeal available after minimum of one year, unless Val is trying to appeal to argue that the manipulative behavior was misconstrued or misreported.

Preferred Disciplinary Action:	Ban (Perma, appealable after a year.)
Reasoning:	Everything that's been said, manipulation ect. Escalation from existing ban.
Additional Notes:	Read BlueSignet's additional notes, I absolutely agree with her.
