Rules for Evals [Do Not Reply]
- To vote, the resulting position of the promotion/demotion must be displayed on the last row of the voting table.
- If you think a given candidate's current position is adequate, either leave their current role in the Promotion/Demotion to row or don't mention them.
- Abstaining continues to be an option, and is in fact mandatory when voting on your own position.
- As always, reasoning behind your vote would be appreciated. Remember that a convincing, well-structured message can sway the vote.
- If you do not vote for two months in a row, you will be automatically demoted at the end of the vote for inactivity, so be careful!
- As usual, jstaff cannot vote during evals
- Some role rules to considere when voting are:
- A junior staff has to be either promoted or demoted at the end of their second full month as jstaff.
- The wiki can only have a maximum of six admins at a time
- During each evaluation, /ownership should be checked and updated as necessary. People should verify that they still own everything they’re listed as owning and document any changes in ownership.
"Goodbye," we said, thinking it was the last we'd see of each other. How cruel is it that our paths instead continued down the same hallway? And so we walked it wordlessly, but next to each other, not wanting to let go. Yet as our journey together finally came to its end, I could not escape my foolishness but shouted "See you tomorrow!" You just turned and smiled. I still think about it. Miss you.
