Liurnia 01 Jun 2025 02:17

Welcome to the May 2025 Staff Evaluations, here were the major events:

• ghostchibi joined as a site-only moderator.
• jan Jejasa joined as a moderator.
• ReyDay joined as a moderator.
• DrAkimoto was promoted to moderator.
• The Catgirls ! resigned from staff helper.
• YourWeirdPlant resigned from moderator.

Down below are a list of some of the guidelines for how evaluations will function, please take note of them if you wish to participate in this discussion:

• To vote, the resulting position of the promotion/demotion must be displayed on the last row of the voting table.
• If you think a given candidate's current position is adequate, then leave their current role in the Promotion/Demotion to row.
• Abstaining continues to be an option.
• As always, reasoning behind your vote would be appreciated. Remember that a convincing, well-structured message can sway the vote.

ReyDay 01 Jun 2025 02:21

abstaining cuz I’ve only been here half the month

I honestly think everyone has been doing well. Even those on the more inactive side of the spectrum have been contributing something. I don't see the need to make any changes this month.

Abstaining due to relative inactivity.

Re: May 2025 Staff Evaluations

Schulzenreich 02 Jun 2025 08:28

I think this Schulze guy should be demolished. Abstaining. A lot have been inactive, including me, but I haven't seen enough (because I wasn't there) to add thoughts.

Poliacci 02 Jun 2025 15:36

Overall end of April and the whole May are tough periods for everyone, who goes school, college or university, so it is not the best moth to scale people's activity and inactivity.

I've done some tasks, but I myself was closer to being inactive with my whole master degree stuff, so others being less productive is totally relatable for me

DrAkimoto 03 Jun 2025 14:10

As far as I know its staff break month, so I got nothing to add that hasn't been said.

Re: May 2025 Staff Evaluations

Praetor3005 03 Jun 2025 18:46

For a break month staff was fairly active I'd say. Still a lot of activity disparity, even outside of hiatused folks, but nothing worth demoting.

We do have the role of Disc leader open right now, but seeing how stressful the position is I wouldn't nominate anyone yet until we put things in place to avoid the mental pressure.
