November 2025 Staff Evaluations

DrAkimoto 07 Dec 2025 01:28

Welcome to the November 2025 Staff Evaluations, here were the major events:

• Positive123 & Stixiiee rejoined/joined as junior staff.
• LiminalDoctor, Light_Nate, & jan Jejasa left staff.
• Folklorecon ended.

Down below are a list of some of the guidelines for how evaluations will function, please take note of them if you wish to participate in this discussion:

• To vote, the resulting position of the promotion/demotion must be displayed on the last row of the voting table.
• If you think a given candidate's current position is adequate, then leave their current role in the Promotion/Demotion to row.
• Abstaining continues to be an option.
• As always, reasoning behind your vote would be appreciated. Remember that a convincing, well-structured message can sway the vote.

Red-eyes Dragoon 07 Dec 2025 01:44

I wasn't here too much this month, but there wasn't much activity all around.

Staff member	Current position	Promotion/Demotion to
Positive123	J Staff	Moderatorl

I trust they won't completely die enough to where I'm fine with them being Mod again, as I believe they were already at one point. I may change my vote to include Stixie if others can confirm her activity and presence were good. Otherwise, it was a largely uneventful month outside the basic things. That said, I would really like to see more activity from staff as a whole, and that includes myself, but unsure of what way to suggest to enforce them better.

Poliacci 07 Dec 2025 15:04

I'm supporting this message

1. Pogs isn't new to staff, no need to hold them as a J staff
2. Staff activity is truly lower than our average, which is not good but, at the same time, situation is not critical yet. During 2026 we'll face more issues with staff activit, so we'd better start fixing it right now

DivineAtlas 08 Dec 2025 13:31

Same vote here but I want stix around for another month before promoting

Super-Robot14 10 Dec 2025 00:53

Mirroring this vote and the reasoning.

Medical Hiatus, kinda sorta. Abstain.

Staff member	Current position	Promotion/Demotion to
VivamusLudio	Moderator	Jstaff
Super-Robot14	Moderator	Jstaff
Ambersight	Junior Staff	Jstaff

Usuallt I'm against using jstaff as a demotion role, but viv/lae/amber have been fairly inactive for a while (Silver/Mel/ghost have been on the inactive side of things but did pick up some disc/community stuff so I think it's fine), and I don't want to brutally demote them, so jstaff would be a good wake-up call for them + a way to make sure we get to assign them tasks.

Staff member	Current position	Promotion/Demotion to
Positive123	J Staff	Moderator
Stixiiee	J Staff	Moderator

Both are fairly active in disc, verification or maintenance, and they picked up how staff works fairly well I think. They're most likely ready to get the mod role.

Staff member	Current position	Promotion/Demotion to
Alexohi	Helper	Full

I know they have irl struggles but I haven't heard from them for a while. I'd be glad to welcome them back once they can be more active, but right now there's no reason for them to stay.

Either way we discussed it a bit ago but we should try to get a new recrutment ongoing as we demote or kick some people out to try to get more new blood and restart activity around here hopefully

Abdallah Amr 08 Dec 2025 21:42

Mirroring this

Re: November 2025 Staff Evaluations

Spectre48 08 Dec 2025 21:33

Staff member	Current position	Promotion/Demotion to
Positive123	J Staff	Moderator

Pretty much same reasoning as Maksus/Atlas

Re: November 2025 Staff Evaluations

BlueSignet 09 Dec 2025 05:23

Abstaining for now. Have too many things to keep track of IRL.

VivamusLudio	Moderator	JStaff
Ambersight	Moderator	JStaff
Super-Robot14	Moderator	JStaff

All three have been fairly inactive, I figure this gives them a month or two to pick up on activity.

Staff member	Current position	Promotion/Demotion to
Positive123	J Staff	Moderator

Pogs is great, no reason not to re-promote. Wouldve put Stix up too, but wouldnt mind another month of JStaff for em.

Staff member	Current position	Promotion/Demotion to
Alexohi	Helper	Full

I havent seen them, like at all.
