Protocol
This page is to collect a list of all the actions staff takes. It's meant to be a place where staff can quickly reference how to do their work, where Junior Staff can learn how to do their work, and for community members to see how it works behind the scenes. If there are questions, please contact a staff member.

Disciplinary
- View the Disc Table
- If you are unsure a rule has been broken, contact the staff role that is higher than you or another staff member.
- If you cannot ban a member, use the -mute function on Discord to isolate them to the #timeout-corner.
- When starting a report on a member who has broken rules, create a Discord thread with their username and Discord ID (if applicable) as the tile.
- Post evidence and screenshots here, but also put them in the evidence channel as a backup.
- Follow the Disc Table to remove as much bias as possible.
International
- Join the International server and keep in touch with liaisons from other branches.
- Bring branch concerns to the rest of staff and try to come up with solutions.

Technical
I'm a staff member and I don't know what I'm supposed to do!
- Look at the Wikiproject Hub and see if there's something that needs to be done.
- Prepare for upcoming contests and events.
- Go to the forums and answer questions or concerns members have.
- Chat in the Discord so community members feel you are accessible and available.
- Backread the staff chats and remind each other about projects that have been forgotten.
I'm a staff helper and I don't know what I'm supposed to do!
